Nate and I have decided to join the responsible population and have a baby! we are getting really excited but it has definitely been an emotional roller coaster. we had thought about 'trying' to get prego but after two months of negative results we decided to stick with our original plan of 'starting to try' this coming January. We had been a little bummed the previous two months when the tests were all negative, however we had psyched ourselves up for another year of being irresponsible and playing hard :).....then a few weeks later found out after we had quit trying.... we were indeed prego!
i am twelve weeks along and feeling great for the most part. i haven't been sick at ALL- just a little bloated! my family and i were convinced that i was having twins because i have gotten very big for how far along i am. Nate asked the other night while looking at my belly "at what point do they tell us we're having twins?" SO today was my first visit and they are pretty sure there are not two in there but that i am "just carrying big" as the doctor put it- LUCKY ME!
my due date is January 31!
We had A LOT of fun telling our families! we told my family a few weeks ago during the family pictures that we had taken. We had been taking pictures for about an hour and were pretty much finished up with the photo sessions. Chelsea- our photographer- was in on the fun and for the last pictures had us just sitting casually in the grass, everyone doing their own thing. Chelsea gave everyone the cue to look at her and said "everyone say cheese" then of course everyone said cheese... then Chelsea said "everyone say Paige is pregnant" meanwhile, she kept taking pictures at a rapid speed to get everyone's facial expressions/ reactions on camera. It was great here are a few of the sequential pictures... it was great!

the day before pictures lindsie had brought up me being pregnant and i apparently i blushed- pretty bad.... i LOVE that Chelsea caught her pointing at me, i think her exact words were " I KNEW IT, I KNEW, I KNEW IT!" there were about five other pictures but these caught the moment the best. i love the looks on everybody's faces. nobody believed it...i think it especially threw them off coming from Chelsea :)when we told the Lloyd family... it was a little more tricky because we are a little scattered right now. Zach and ME are in AZ, Joel, Suzy, and Katie in Idaho, and Mollie and Abbee are living in Michigan for the summer. SO we sent out this e-mail-

New shirts...............$75
New shorts..............$50
Sitting fee.................$100
***realizing there are 3 people in this picture.... PRICELESS***
so then we called Joel/Suzy, Zach/ME, Katie, and Mollie/ Abbee and told them we sent them an e-mail that they needed to open together. it was a little cheesy but we thought it was FUN!SO long blog BUT we are excited for this and had to tell everyone.
