matching beanie and scarf

i was a little skeptical of going north for our 'spring break' but we went from temps in the 20s, snow, no sunshine to HIGH 50s, blue sky, and it felt amazing. we even had our sunroof open on the last day :) how is it that we drive 5 hours north and it is STILL nicer then Cleveland- i don't get it.

Toronto was such a pretty city. it was beautiful set right up against the water. We had a great time. we were able to see a lot of the city.i love just getting away~ staying at hotel, swimming, and hanging out. we got back to the hotel sunday night in time to watch the oscars with jared/miranda & chris/ashley. we played games and stayed up eating EASTER candy- SUCH a good time. we are lucky to have our friends here.

i think we did a good job setting out an itinerary and following it. with 3 couples and a baby that is key!!

built around 1911 @ 3.1 million... the man went bankrupt 10 years after. it took 300 men working on in 3 years to complete.

when we arrived at our last destination on sunday night.... ej had soaked through her clothes :( so she enjoyed the ride back to the hotel pant-less.

we had a great time... and yes we did eat at Duff's in Buffalo. we would like to go back in the summer when the trees are all in bloom.

Nate=mad parking skills~

can i just mention how great nate is at parallel parking?! just ask him, he'll tell you too! we always question how he came to be a good parallel parker in Menan, Idaho~ i don't think there is any place there that doing such would be necessary. this was our first stop in Toronto.... we couldn't find parking and anxious to start sight seeing we found this little spot. nate was determined to park there. we all told him there was NO WAY he would fit.... boy were we wrong!
