this year was our family's first time doing the MS walk at The Gateway. it was so GREAT to all be together and support Trent in this. i think that this is one of the hardest things with MS.... there really isn't anything we can do to help!! however, fundraising for research and just supporting Trent helps us more than him i feel. it really was an emotional weekend for me. i was a little bitter about not being able to move in to our house.... a little bitter about this disease that Trent has..... then, being at the race and seeing people that are more so losing the battle to MS, really made me check myself. i am thankful for my family and thankful for the example that Trent and Lindsie are to us! they have embraced this trial and are ace'ing it!
