this emersyn-jayne girl CRACKS me up! this weekend i was watching her sitting on the floor playing/singing/dancing and i had this immense feeling of joy come over me followed by a thought that has really stuck in my mind. the thought crossed my mind what immense excitement, contentment, awe i would have felt if i could have seen this little girl of mine years ago. what i mean is if i were to have been able, say in high school or before i was married, to see this little glimpse of MY DAUGHTER. to get a small feel of her and her sweet personality. her sense of humor. to see her flawless skin and golden, long curls. to see those beautiful big blue eyes. to feel her smooth skin or soft hair. i think it would have been too much excitement to handle. i truly feel so lucky to be her mom and to have her as a best friend. i hope it ALWAYS stays that way.
ej is such a good helper. she gets annoyed with rowen "dude, why are you being such a punk", but she really does demonstrate a lot of patience with him. she loves to read. she loves learning. and singing {!!!!!} she loves to sing! she has such a good imagination and is so inquisitive about everything around her. she is always using such a large vocabulary and i love it when she says things the wrong way, like her " stoova diver" she saw on a movie. i love it! she loves going to the wash-car with me and loves her wash-mouth she uses every night. she is the most perfect little girl for me! i try to tell her often just how perfect she is and how out of ALL THE MOMMAS in the WORLD, i am SO GLAD that she chose me and she is mine forever.
ej saw this guy and said "look mom! it is Nephite. He is from Jesus Christ". it was after the july24th parade had ended in Spanish Fork and it TOTALLY cracked me up. she is listening at church!
this was a fashion show hosted by Dallin featuring Emersyn and Cade. Cade even put lipstick on. These boys sure do love their Emersyn. They take such great care of her. Growing up so close to them will give ej 5 brothers to watch out (or annoy) her.
