i can't believe we've been back for two weeks. the first week were back nate didn't have school yet so we had a WHOLE week to play and it was great weather too! nate started classes last monday and so far so good.....
since we've been back we have gone to a few baseball games. nate's cousin, arden, plays for the lake eerie crushers- in an independent league- and has given us tickets to go to a few games. we absolutely love spending evenings at the ball park with family!!! add in a super cold/delicious fountain(gas stations don't have fountain drinks out here and we miss them) Diet Mountain dew, yummy soft pretzels- w/ nacho cheese of course.... and it makes a pretty sweet night in our book!!! Doug and Jani (nate's aunt and uncle here in cleveland) have been so great to us and absolutely love ej! we love having family here and appreciate them including us in everything!

last tuesday canyon, nate's cousin also, was bat boy at the game. this is him and his older brother (up to bat)
before nate started classes we went to Huntington Beach with our friends Chris & Ashley and soaked up the sun on Lake Eerie. it was SUCH A HOT, HUMID day that it was so nice to be out on the lake!downtown in the background- very hazy...
...and ej is LOVIN' being in her crib and own room! she is sleeping great, usually 10-11 hours every night. she is such a good baby, we just can't get enough of her!!! she is a very busy sleeper. every time we check on her she is in a different position. sometimes she's sideways in her crib, turned 180 so her feet are where her head was, other times she's flipped to her belly! she's been rolling over for almost two weeks now but until yesterday neither nate or i had seen her do it. she would only do it in her crib while nobody was watching! but yesterday she showed us.

When I saw you went to Huntington Beach, I was like WHAT?! And not tell us?! But then I realized...NOT in CA. Too bad! :)
Have you guys tried the Mountain Dew Slurpees at 7-11? They are HEAVEN! Scottie and I arent even big Dew lovers, but that slurpee is sooooooo freakin good!!!!!!
she just get cuter and cuter. Im jealous she is sitting already! Cale has been rolling all over the place like a steam roller going in circles since the middle of June so I thought "wow, he is sure doing that early, I bet he is going to be sitting super early too" NOT...we are getting close, but he tips over after a few minutes. Our babies have just flip flopped what that decided to do first- too funny. I can't wait to get an eamil from ya, no rush though I know you are super busy! Glad you are having fun, love ya!!! LOVE the ear piercing BTW, I totally need a baby girl next so I can do all that fun stuff.
WHAT...Just another weird Cleveland thing...I can't believe they don't have fountain drinks in gas stations. Oh well. The beach looks so pretty and fun! Love you!!
