we have had a BLAST so far this summer. every saturday you can find us at a beach. we head out with our friends Chris & Ashley and Jared & Miranda. this summer has been very hot and humid. so playing in the sun, sand, and water is very fitting. bocce ball and ladder ball tournament are a MUST! nobody out here has seen ladder ball and we sometimes get quite the audience watching us. after the beach it is out to dinner and then head home. we have this little ritual and it is GREAT!!! emersyn LOVES digging in the sand and playing in the water. she has NO fear of it. she just walks and walks until we stop her. sometimes the water will be up to her mouth and she just closes her mouth and breaths through her nose! i don't blame her though. sometimes this humidity is KILLER. we have invested in a lot of great sand necessities and are very comfortable while we hang out.
