Emersyn-jayne-gigi-lloyd that is how she responds if you ask her her WHOLE name..... and Emersyn-jayne-gigi-lloyd is a smart girl!! this girl is going nuts with her development at school. she truly enjoys learning and she has a remarkable memory. (speaking of remarkable she told me a few months ago that something was "re-mac-ible". i love it when she throws out a new word and starts using it! interesting "in-stress-ting" is used quite frequent currently too.) she is doing unbelievably well with writing letters and her name.
right now she is SUCH a great helper. today she helped me clean my bathroom...... and by help i really do mean help, as in reduced the amount of time it took me to clean by assisting. not helping by creating MORE work which is usually what is the case. i just feel like she is my perfect little buddy and best friend. she is so lovey. she loves to hug and cuddle me. she will wander into my room at night and say "mom, can i cuddle you a minute?" but it all ends up being one word after she says "mom". it is pretty cute. she does this thing (and has done it her whole life) where she gives loves like a cat would.... as in, rub her face against you and rub her face kindof into you if that makes sense. it is pretty funny. she honestly does it a lot. especially if she gets really excited and uses that as a way to express her feelings. interesting but sweet.
after a long day playing, i found her passed out like this. i was going to skip her nap that day and i had asked to get me some pants out of her room...
as i was making my bed she wanted to help put the pillows on so she followed me. i did the left side, she did the right side. I LOVE THIS PICTURE!
ej doesn't get sick very often but when she does she goes down HARD! this particular time was pretty bad and we ended up missing a week of school, dance, and just about EVERYTHING in our schedules for an entire week! it was rough.
