The first weekend of June was the Fathers and Sons camp out. Nate and Rowen went up for dinner on friday evening with Trent, Dallin, Cade, and Brooks. EJ and I headed to the movies and saw The Croods. EJ had been diagnosed with pneumonia AGAIN.... I seriously feel like we cannot win.... but she perked up for the movie. It was great!
Rowen has had a WHOLE BUNCH of doctor appointments. We are really trying to get to the bottom of what is up with him. We did meet with an allergist to determine if he had any allergies that we needed to avoid. He had had bits of dairy for the past couple weeks and had no reaction so we were thinking he had outgrown his dairy sensitivity....AND HE DID!!!!! NO ALLERGIES! While that was SUCH a relief it also increased the size of the question mark as to what is going on with him!
He did so GREAT with the pokes and the hardest part of the appointment for him was while i was trying to fill out paper work and contain him.

When i told ej that Rowen was no longer allergic to dairy (she had been his little mom telling EVERYBODY he was allergic to dairy) she was SO EXCITED for him. She immediately said "Quick, get him lots of cheese and ice cream, HURRY!!" She kept giving him hugs all evening and saying "good job buddy" or "i am so proud of you". It was a rewarding mom moment.
On our way home from that appointment we received a letter in the mail saying ej had gotten into preschool at the local elementary and we were VERY EXCITED!!!!
so that evening....
{Dad was in Canada for work so we took pictures to send to him}
The house to the west of us is being built and Rowen loves it! He loves watching those tractor and busyness over there.
Nate is coaching ej at kickball. It is pretty hilarious, and exhausting, watching/coaching these kids.
Rowen likes to run out in the field with the kids so we usually hangout at the park.
Rowen got a new trike and LOVES it. He absolutely LOVES bikes!
AAAND, the city finally delivered and planted our trees. I am excited to watch our street fill up with trees.
By the first week of June our garden was going crazy producing lots of YUMMY things. We cannot wait to start picking these tasty treats....
THE NEW SPLASH PAD!
we love to take lunch there and cool off.
{i LOVE his little lip trying to keep the BIG GRAPE in his mouth ;) }
Summer days are so great! June is one of my favorite months. Springville City has their Art City Days the first week of June and the Saturday following that is our family day at Lagoon. Between the 5K run, the rodeo, the carnival, and the hot air balloon festival it is SUCH A PERFECT START THE SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
