We FINALLy made it to bear lake! 2012- we were laying sod, 2011- we had taken 10 day off to go and after it rained on us the first 3 days straight we left, 2010- summer of cleveland! 2009 we did take our little baby ej who was just 7months old. WE HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME! it was a quick trip- we left our house at 7:10am and made there just as everybody was finishing breakfast. We proceeded down to the beach and stayed there until about 6:45. IT WAS GREAT! Rowen napped in the trailer and mom sat with him SO we had it pretty nice!

we even got to show Grammy, Gramp, Layla, Alex, Kate, &Abbee our little slice of heaven. Layla and Alix had given everybody mud treatments. People pay big bucks for these -right?!

It really was SUCH a fun weekend. We usually are the ones to rush home the day we are planning on leaving to get laundry done and everything cleaned up.... HOWEVER, we *just* couldn't pull ourselves away from the perfect beach! we pulled in to our house at about 9:30pm that night! Joel and Suzy met us for a night and took ej home for a week full of cousin time with Alix & Layla!
This year marked the 50th year anniversary of the Bear Lake clan! My dad, the George's, and the Brown have spent MANY WEEKS up there in those 50 years! I love that my parents made the sacrifices for us to spend our summer vacation at Bear Lake. WE LOVE IT THERE!
