I'll be home for Christmas...

WOW have i really gone almost a month without a SINGLE post!?!

obviously we made it home Utah... thus the lack of posting!!! we have been having SO MUCH FUN!!!
the flight home was super, super long!!! we left our house in cleveland and a short (?) 15 hours later we were at my parents! we had a few delays but after hearing other horror stories we realized how lucky we really were. our flight got in about an hour later than scheduled HOWEVER it took us 2 hours to get our stinking bags! there were so many bags ALL over that were from people that didn't make their flights. then there were SO many bags it broke the carousel- AAAGHHH!! we finally got to my parents at 3:15a.m.! but as long as we were home we were ok with that. only major, major downside was on the flight i started to get a little swollen... ok maybe A LOT OF SWOLLEN and it has continued and continued!!! my feet and legs are HUGE. can we say muffin tops?! my ankles have swollen to the point that they 'fall over' the top of my shoes!!!! i don't think there is any going back!!
here's a quick recap....
flew in friday 12/19 . saturday- mom and dad took us to get some yummy cafe rio :) monday i went back and worked at my old office. it was SO fun to be back for a little while! i miss it there!!! tuesday 12/23- a SUPER fun family party with some cousins. we had horseback riding, sledding with the 4 wheelers, chili, cinnamon rolls, hot chocolate, and cider all while at my uncles 'farm' :)


nate and i were slackers on christmas shopping because we couldn't bring very much on the plane, so we had A LOT to do once we got to Utah. we spent tuesday & part of wednesday finishing that. christmas eve some fun family times and just hung out! Nate & I did babysit my nephew Cade for a few hours and had a BLAST with him! Shawn & Kailey came and slept over at my parents with us too! CHRISTMAS day was great! we just hung out and spent the day at my parents. my mom made lots yummy food (of course). friday we drove up to Idaho to spend time at Nate's parents house. Nate's mom and sisters threw me a fun baby shower. that saturday (12/27) we went with his family and our friends SCOTT & KIMBER, to dinner an a movie- Bedtime Stories. the movie was super cute! we miss our 'skimbers' tons and had fun seeing them!
we had a super white christmas wth LOTS and lots of snow. i think it has snowed everyday we were in utah and now idaho! we only have another week here at home and it makes me super, super sad! i don't want to back to cleveland!!!!!
