the last two weeks-

we have been SO busy the last two weeks. seems like everyday we have something (usually VERY) fun planned. baseball games, swimming, hiking, beach, sulphur springs, the zoo......our ward out here is great and the girls love to get together..... which makes for a lot of FUN activities! we are very lucky to have our friends out here. they make it so great. we are enjoying the fireflies in the evening, our backyard grass really starting to come in, our tomato bush that has 12 tomatoes on it(!!!!), morning runs, pool days, and much, MUCH more! i am tellin' ya- you ALL need to come visit! we are really enjoying our time here now! we-love-the-summertime!!!!! southwest just started a sale- $119/way- a SUPER LOW price.

friday excursions happen every friday out here. a group of girls head out to explore 'The Ohio' with kids in tow. the week of these particular pictures we were at Huntington Beach on the west side of the lake. nate, ej, and i went with chris and ashley last year to this same beach. this year taking ej by myself was a JOKE! there was SO much stuff to haul and entrance to this beach has a flight of stairs that is ridiculous. plus you have to park a half mile away. hauling everything with baby in tow was NOT pretty. i think we'll wait to return until we have another set of hands. we did have a great time though- so that makes it worth it! this girlie loves sand & water...... here's to a summer FULL of both of those!
