ej had her nails painted blue in honor of rowen's arrival..... but we had to have a little pink for good measure. she pointed to the pink and said "ej's pink" and to the blue and stated "rowe's pink".... hmmm, guess that makes some sense. then she proceeded to call the blue "baby rowe blue". she was on a ROLL tonight!
this weekend has been crunch time. there are ALL sorts of projects that we have been 'meaning to get to'. after three hours of organizing and cleaning out drawers i realized it is a REALLY GOOD thing this baby hasn't come early. there was so much to be done! we are most the way through that list..... and we will continue on tomorrow morning. however, tomorrow afternoon/night we are having a family day out! we are taking ej to trafalga to play and ride the rides followed by a night stay at a fun hotel with LOTS of swimming- EJ's favorite! she has been asking to go swimming just about everyday for the last few weeks. i am really excited to spend this last weekend with her. i just cannot even imagine sharing my time btwn TWO KIDDOS!!! i hope she adjusts alright. we talk about Rowen SO much that she has to be SOMEWHAT prepared. she talks about him all the time and if she sees anything that is the east bit small or little~ it is for baby rowe! i can't wait to see her with him!!!!!
