Emersyn Jayne "gigi" Lloyd

if you ask emersyn her name..... it is "Emersyn jayne gigi Lloyd".
this stems from us calling her "ej" so much. so it is only fitting that it is included SOMEWHERE in her full name. i haven't done an update on her, probably since she turned two. slacker. blame it on being pregnant. moving. working.having a newborn. whatnot ;) she is such a little person. she has some serious attitude that really makes for some rough days!

*her vocabulary is expanding exponentially!!! she will say words out of nowhere and they crack us up! a few of her most used words are: WONDERFUL, SO BEAUTIFUL, MARVELOUS, and FABULOUS. 

*she asks, pretty much demands, to wear a "dance", also known as a tutu, everyday. she loves them. they are my only leverage during the day ;)
*she loves to dance. she dances all day. her favorite show is "the dancing show". she loves Dancing with the Stars. she loves to watch it {and MUST have a dress/tutu on}and dance along with them. she tries to do the moves she sees them do.... it is VERY COMICAL to say the least.
*loves her make-up. nate got her an empty compact and she does her makeup everyday, all day.
*she loves to sing. she loves the disney princess songs and sings them daily. the tub is her #1 venue. i am really surprised at all the songs she knows. every so often she'll bust out a new verse she's learned.
* she knows the words to Beauty & the Beast: "Tale as Old as Time" and "Be Our Guest". From Little Mermaid "Kiss the Girl" and "Part of your World". From Aladdin "A Whole New World". It is crazy how much their little brains absorb.
*she got a stuffed animal rat and named it Carter {my brother's name who is on a mission}. She loves Carter the Rat.
*the other day i called her a smart cookie and she kept telling me she was a girl, NOT a cookie. then she said she wasn't a smart cookie but a smart hot dog.
*she is with anything to do with an Octopus. she was having nightmares about them for about a week straight which ultimately led to her spending three night on the floor in our room. it was pretty bad.

* she loves eating at Ikea... she does not let us sit with her in the kids area.
*she is obsessed with matching things! whenever she see the same colors or stripes & stripes or anything that is similar in shape, color, ANYTHING she goes nuts and on-and-on about matching things... she loves to find matches. she also has a great memory. if she sees somebody wearing the same shoes that grandma has she will scream "like grandma". "like grandpa" when she somebody that drive a white truck. "like baby rowe" to anything that is small or for a baby :)
*she was at the store with Shawn and McCoy last week. she and mccoy weren't listening {shocker}and they started dancing. before too long ejwent head first into a display, smacked her head, and fell to the floor smacking her head again. AND, somewhere in there she and mccoy hit heads. so Shawn had her SCREAMING at the top of her lungs and mccoy crying too.

then it turned into a pretty good black eye. this is towards the end of the bruising....

we went to home depot and they had their kids corner where they had crafts and SANTA was there. she loved it! she made sure to ask Santa for her top 3 things. #1 a Diamond (because they are SO BEAUTIFUL). #2 pillow pet #3 baby princess doll.

she is a handful but i thoroughly enjoy watching her learn new stuff.she really is SUCH a smart cookie, i mean, smart hot dog. she loves her baby rowe and takes really good care of him. she is SUCH a help. she loves running and grabbing things {diapers, lotion, socks, etc...}for me. it is so great! LOVE HER!
