rowen is already 4 months! at his well check visit he was 14lbs 7 oz (25th %) and 24.5 inches (30th %). we started him on rice cereal and he was a champ. i think he really likes the new-to-him consistency. last night was his first veggie introduction and it was a success. he does have some Johnson in him because he loved the butternut squash. at sunday dinner with all the grand-kids the squash is the first thing to disappear. it is like a dessert around here! he is grabbing for things and getting pretty good at getting them on the first try. as i sat here typing this he just grabbed my plate of peas {you can imagine how that went over!}apparently he is better then i thought and he caught me completely off guard.... so many things change once they can grab your plate or whatever may be in your hands!!!! he loves to cuddle. both my kids have been cuddlers {hope i am not jinxing that}. i hope he never stops cuddling! he loves to be around people and just watch. if he is fussy after a little while of playing in his bouncer, it us usually remedied by placing the bouncer where we r visible. he still loves his hands. they are usually slightly 'pruned' due to the constant hand in mouth! he is enjoying his tummy more and will play a little while on his tummy.

this little girl is going through a really tough stage. very whiney and a little grumpy :( makes for some rough days but she still is such a great helper!
i had asked her to go get her clothes for me to help her get dressed. she brought me her cozies and told me one was her shirt ans the other was her skirt {her "dance"}. she was giggling so hard at herself and thought she was pretty funny. so we dressed her in them :)

Ahhh, I love Rowe! He is so cute! I LOVE a cuddly baby....Ruby was not a real cuddler, but she's become more willing to snuggle as she's gotten older, thank goodness!
And that get-up Ej came up with?! HILarious! haha I want her and Ruby to play together so bad, the would just crack-up all the times at the silly things they do!
Rowen is just gorgeous!! Girl I hear ya with the toddler stage, hearing you say it and being that your like the hundredth parent I heard it from makes me feel like my kid isn't so cuckoo! Congrats on your beautiful growing family!
