january 30 they broke ground on our NEW HOUSE in Springville. we were very excited to say the least! it has been a LOOONG time coming. we originally made offers on 2 houses in the same neighborhood that were move in ready.... because we didn't want to build. however, that changed and we are really excited about it!we are becoming frequent visitors to our local Home Depot already!

footings

 february 1: 
foundation done. rough plumbing started. 

 February 2:
back fill and rough plumbing complete

and then the weekend hit. i would say that week one was pretty productive. we are lucky enough to have real time updates thanks to trent and lindsie living just around the corner in the same neighborhood! nate also is able to run down on his lunch to sneak a peak of it! i just hope they can get it framed and roofed before the winter finally catches up with us!
