week 2 & 3 of building!

last we left you on the house,  a VERY PRODUCTIVE week 1 ended. however, week 2 wasn't very productive at ALL pretty much all they did was the flat cement in the basement and poured the driveway. week 3 started on monday february 13. Trent and Lindsie called to tell us that afternoon they delivered our wood!!!! tuesday morning they started the framing:

wednesday february 15 they did the majority of the framing!!!! look how cute! 

...and by the end of the day we were here.....

and by friday afternoon our house was 100% framed! WOW!!! what a difference 4 days can make!

 Sunday we went and saw the framing. nate had been to the house everyday during lunch but i hadn't seen any of the framing!

 Monday February 20 was President's day. nate had the day off, abbee was in town visiting kate so we met them from lunch and took them to see our house AGAIN! did i mention we are FLYING through gas currently!?!?

 Emersyn has been really fun through the building process. she is always talking about our new house. when she saw the pictures of it she told me "they need to paint our walls". i think she thinks that if they just painted them they would look like regular walls.... i wish it was that easy :) it is cruising SO FAST!!! i love our lot! i love the view we have and we have the cutest walking path and little stream. with our house being so tall with the walk out basement the view is so great!

it blows my mind that 3 weeks ago today they dug the hole. they haven't worked any weekends and it sat for a few days so this is about 10-12 days of work! impressive! it love it!

.......and nate and i went and purchased some FUN furniture on saturday! i CAN'T wait to see these in our house!
