week 4 brought fun changes to our house! we had such a BLAST down at the house on friday {february 24}, it was a little glimpse of what it might be like when we live there. we met with the designer on friday to make a few changes to the house and then headed down to see the house and to see the week's progress. the windows were all in, the tubs/showers in, our porch was poured and set, all the plumbing was in, and they had started shingling the roof. it was the first day we had visited the house that it wasn't FREEZING so we were able to spend lots of time there.

we hung out in the house for awhile and then went for a walk down the trail and threw rocks in the creek. nate and ej have done this many times, usually while i am feeding rowen, but it was fun to do it with them. i have a feeling we will spend LOTS of time throwing rocks in that creek! emersyn invites everyone to "come see my new house and throw rocks in my river". she might get a little protective of it in the future.
