Friday afternoon we found a surprise at the house... the SHEET ROCK had been delivered. so my last post was a little premature :)
we were BEYOND excited to see it there and assumed it would start going up monday. we were SO EXCITED to see what the coming week would reveal. HOWEVER>>> this afternoon we got a text message from lindsie that showed our sheet rock DONE! i just about jumped out of my skin out of pure excitement when i saw it! we were SHOCKED! so we napped the kiddos and then headed south! it was SO DIFFERENT to see it all enclosed with sheet rock. i honestly got teary eyed walking around. again, the weather was GREAT (58 degrees) and rowen was a champ so we were able to spend a lot of time there. emersyn pretty much runs through each room and downstairs as fast as she can then tells us " we can go to the water now" (mind you, she asks as she is nodding her head).

man, i never get sick of looking at pictures of this house! it was so fun to see the actual space of each room now that the sheet rock is up. i honestly CANNOT believe it is coming along so fast! it will be SO GREAT to get in there and have our OWN HOME for the first time in 6 1/2 years of marriage. And if we are lucky, we'll be in right before my 30th birthday :) happy birthday to me!!!

I can't believe how FAST your house is getting done!!! We will definitely have to come up to visit when its done to help you break it in!!
I love looking at the pictures too and imagining how good new construction smells!
