This morning was fun playing the whole "That rascal Leprechaun died everything green" game with EJ. At first she was kinda confused and didn't want to eat/drink the colored food but then it became funny to her. I had her help make the food then as we stirred the food it changes colors.... which she thought was SOOO GREAT!
EJ had green eggs and bacon with toast.... the little rascal leprechaun even dyed the butter!!!
Rowen had green eggs and avocado sandwich {that kids LOVES avocados}
Rowen was late to the party because he slpet in... like SUPER late... until almost TEN. I don't think that has EVER happened. when i walked in to get him his eyes were swollen and he had hives ALL OVER HIS FACE!!!!!!! not feeling super lucky at all!
as the morning went on the hives/swelling started to go down....
i think the hives were due to his milk allergy. He has only had trace amounts since Christmas. last evening we went and got a Thin Mint Shake- it was HEAVENLY! We let him have some thinking a little would probably only give him a little bit of runs.... hmmmm, we were wrong! sorry BUD! i really, REALLY hope we can stop this allergy. A life without shakes & ice cream for him just kinda breaks my heart!
HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY! EJ says next year she wants to try and catch the leprechaun ;)
