a quick getaway

For Valentine's Day Nate gave me a weekend getaway to LAS VEGAS to see Celine Dione~

 The Concert was SOOOO good!!!! She put on an awesome show and we totally enjoyed ourselves.

 We did some shopping at Caesar's Palace.... 

 .....botanical gardens at The Venetian. 

It was so nice to getaway for a quick weekend. I have wanted to see Celine Dione FOREVER!!!!! I still can't believe that Nate surprised and got tickets! What an awesome Hubs i have! We had planned to sleep in EVERY morning BUT unfortunately my internal alarm clock didn't get the memo that we were on vacation. We ate TONS and walked TONS. There was a construction/crane EXPO at the convention center next to our hotel... we sent Rowen and Joel this picture not knowing who would enjoy it more?! 

The kids had a great time with Grammy & Gramp and we were pretty thankful that they were willing to come stay with them. The first night we were in Vegas we were able to go to dinner with Lacey and Jordan. It was SOOO much fun to see them and meet their newest little girl Sophie!
