layla & alix were going on a {sweet} road trip with grammy, kate, abbee, and gramp to the Ark in Michigan. Suzy picked the girls up in Kanab and brought them here to stay the night and spend a day with emersyn. ej was BEYOND excited that she got to see the girls and the boys weren't coming :) they got in pretty late monday night so emersyn was already asleep but tuesday they PLAYED & PLAYED & PLAYED... and there was like NO FIGHTING! it was amazing. i worked half a day {just the morning} so Suzy had the 4 kids and they were in heaven. the girls were on their best behavior and ej just loved playing with them. after they left emersyn kept asking if they could come back "but not the boy ones, ok?!". :)
these two decided to take a nap together. any bets on wether or not they fell asleep? correct answer: NOT ;) they just kept laughing
..and we painted toenails. I didn't take any pictures of that BUT, somehow i found these little piggies on my camera phone :)
those two girlies are too sweet and i need to kidnap them more often. however, if i were ME i probably wouldn't give them up very often- they are BIG helpers. Alix loved helping with Rowen.
