it is official! it is MUCH better to go see the light at Temple Square after Christmas!!!! don't get me wrong, i do actually enjoy the hustle-n-bustle of being out and about during the holidays.... but Temple Square is one place that makes me turn Scrooge in .06 seconds. i guess, of all places at Christmas time i should be more patient there then anywhere else, but i am not! think whatever you'd like of me :) but seriously, it was amazing! there was still a good crowd, more then i thought would be there, but it was nice. we parked at gateway and took trax a few stops up to temple square. that was a blast! add in the warm temperature and it made things fabulous! it was the same temperature as when we saw the lights at the Mesa temple two years ago when we were visiting nate's brother and family! emersyn absolutely loved riding the train. she kept asking if we could "come back" even before we left! it is always fun to get out 
she was sporting the backpack most the night!
this was the first time ej has rode in a stroller since, well, i can't even remember the last time she did!
