Rowen's newborn pictures with emersyn!

Brace yourself! these are pretty stinking cute!!!! i have had them forever and forgot i never posted them. they turned out pretty cute. they are basic, nothing super artistically amazing but they did capture some pretty tender and sweet moments between these two LOVES of MINE! i don't think they get any cuter than this!

we had them done on October 11, rowen was a week old.  

i LOVE this one because emersyn ALWAYS rubs her check on his. it is her way of showing the ultimate affection. she gets so lovey it is like she has all this energy and doesn't know what else to do so she just rubs her cheek on his cheek or sometimes his forehead.

i learned how to make ties and diaper covers for this little man. i imagined these pics months before he was born.

little sock monkey! i had this hat and sock monkey made for rowe. we i picled them up from the girl i got teary eyed, so anxious to see MY little man in them. i picked them up the week before he was born.

ever since i booked emersyn's newborn pictures i have been SO excited for naked baby-bum pictures where the little baby sleeping peacefully and their little adorable, soft, wrinkly bums are too cute.... you know the ones i am talking about. neither of my babies would 1) fall asleep during the photo shoots and 2) don't EVEN think of taking a picture of their naked bums! they won't allow it ;)  they do more of a stink bug  or downward dog and shoot their tiny bums in the air and wiggle and move. i thought it was because emersyn was a little older (2 1/2 weeks) for her newborn pictures BUT nope! this little man continued in the legacy of her :) i forgave them BOTH pretty quickly.... just because they are too cute! i do like having pictures with their eyes open. but, i just would like a few, okay ONE..i'd take ONE.... of them sleeping so sweetly BUT that is okay! if i had to pick one or the other, i'd take them awake. i am sure the photographers would prefer the other though :) it is so much MORE work when they are awake!!!!! pictures are so stressful for me, i always work myself up but they always turn out great!
