you know you have become home owners when you no longer take off any chance you get!the anticipation of a 3 day weekends no longer takes you to the internet looking for hotels..... all your time and money goes to the NEXT project.... and as my mom put it, "as you scratch one thing off, magically two others jump to the bottom of that list". Nate worked hard over memorial day {i put my front room together and placed the first nails in our fresh walls!} on a garden box and shelves in our cold storage. my dad came down ans helped with the shelves and he was a lifesaver. after he left nate said "i never could have done that without him". thanks dad. and thanks nate!

and now i am trying to organize our food to go on the shelves.... and our garden boxes are full of plants which are currently being SCORCHED by the sun... i hope they make it!
