NEW COUCHES.....FINALLY!

so anyone who knows us knows we have been waiting for the couches we ordered since FEBRUARY! we have tried to be patient. we ordered them and there was EVERY 'crappy-case scenario' you could think of happened. First they shipped them all over the country... everywhere except Utah!!! and then they were on back order and then the shipment arrived and my couches were no where to be found! WHAT A MESS! anyways... they are here and they were even worth the wait! they are super cozy!

Father's Day weekend.... and summer is finally here!

we had SUCH a fun weekend!!! friday was my cousin Lori's wedding and i did her flowers- they turned out AmAzInG! i wish i would have taken some pics with my camera :( Saturday was our family BBQ for Father's Day.


EVERYBody came over about 11 am and we played on grandma and grandpa's waterslide,



ate some AMAZING BBQ and then got ready for family pictures in Provo.

Chelsea (lulubellephotography.blogspot.com) took the pictures and i am SOOO excited to see how they turned out. check out her blog- she is GOOD! Saturday night we went to riverton's demolition derby
(the demolition derby was GREAT!)


......then to andrea and brett's for a fire and some s'mores! it feels like SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE!! it is amazing what we will pay to go see real life bumper cars- high class!!!! i love it!! Father's day was great, we were able to spend it with my parents! i love my dad so much and am glad that i get to spend so much time with him! he means the world to me! i love you dad!

I had a about a week off of work so nate i packed up and went on a vacation and headed south!!! first we visited Whit, Brian, and AUSTIN in St George where we hiked a little and enjoyed the sunshine. it was fun to see Ozzy- he is getting SO big and loved playin with his auntie paigee and uncle nate :) Sunday we continued on to Vegas where stayed for 3 nights at the MGM Grand! we ate at IN-N-OUT... a few times and had some really good sushi at a great restaurant in th MGM grand. They had a sweet pool that we spent most everyday at !!! we also managed to spend time at some sweet outlet malls and had a blast there finding some smokin deals :) today it was back to work for both of us. Nate got an internship at Dexter & Dexter in orem and really really likes the people he works with there. life is good at the Lloyd household.... except for tomorrow is a friday and i have to work.... thumbs down for working on fridays....

YAY!! we are finally 'bloggers'!! obviously we are behind the times a bit but we will do our best to keep up :) we just got back from an amazing trip to HAwAii! Nate graduated from BYU with his Bachelors and I suprised him and booked a vacation to Hawaii with my sister (who also just graduated- WAY TO GO Kai!) and her husband. we flew off on wednesday 23April. we did tons of snorkeling, biked down mt Haleakala volcano, went to a Luau, laid by the beach, swam with turtles,
boogie boarded, ATTEMPTED to drive the road to Hana, hiked to waterfalls, ate some AMAZING seafood, and much much more! we stayed for 8 days and split our time on different ends of the island. it was an amazing trip with excellent weather. it was an amazing trip and we definately were NOT ready to come home to the snow. WAY TO GO ON GRADUATING NATE!
